Pros

None. Period. This was the worst job imaginable on several levels. I dreaded coming to work on a daily basis. See cons below.

Cons

Management - completely clueless and really unethical. Work/life balance. They say this is better than other agencies. I didn't see that at all. If you left before 5:30 you would hear about it. No repeat clients/customers. The account management team thinks they RHT is better than the competition and gouges their customers to the point that they won't come back for more after one placement. The applicant tracking system was pathetic - it was clunky and ugly. Not user friendly. Get out of the 90s. Completely immature working environment. While I was there I knew of at least 6 other recruiters looking to leave. It was a complete disaster of a company and everyone was miserable other than the branch manager, division directors, and new hires who didn't realize they hated it yet. Run from this place as fast as you can.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
