      If you are in a good office with people you like the role is incredible rewarding. Opportunity to make money

      Cons

      To make good money you have to work long hours. Some management can be very controlling & hard to work with. Since COVID business has really struggled and it's only gotten worst in the last 2 years with more pressure from leadership with no real solutions to a bad economy

      Pros

      Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

      Cons

      Can be hard to reach at times.

      Good assignments with reputable firms

      Cons

      Your recruiter will not check in with you during the assignment or provide any update on the status of when the assignment will end or reach out about how to secure a new assignment.
