Pros
Great experience with lots of potential opportunities in various industries and roles. I only had 1 client throughout my year there and made good connections, learned a ton, and had great opportunities come up at the end due to the experience there. My manager at RH was super supportive, flexible with PTO, and overall great to work with. Pay was weekly and benefits were good.
Cons
I honestly don't have many cons. I had read some poor reviews online before accepting the job offer but my experience was honestly very positive through and through and I didn't experience any of the cons that others talked about in the reviews. The only con I had was there is a fee clients have to pay to hire within a certain time frame after having worked for them but this is honestly pretty understandable.
