Pros

Stick around - you will make a lot of money. The company is built for speed so if you like fast pace and transactional vibe, this model is suited for those. It will be hard work but it will pay off.

Cons

Existing (long tenured) people will not enable you to stick around so they can continue to dominate. Management promotes "healthy rivalry" (every book tells you its an oxymoron). For that reason you will find either tenures of 10+ years or 1 year - there is no in between. Read well between the lines.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Good assignments with reputable firms

Cons

Your recruiter will not check in with you during the assignment or provide any update on the status of when the assignment will end or reach out about how to secure a new assignment.
