Hourly Different work every 2-12 months

Cons

Extremely low pay. I get you have your margins and other people to pay besides the consultants but at least make the pay competitive. I left elsewhere and received a 12k pay raise.

Pay is based on a draw, so you have to cover your monthly base pay to receive the bonus
