leadership at every level is way out of touch. they don't understand the clients, the markets, or what is takes to be successful. they are years, maybe decades, behind their competition when it comes to strategy in technology staffing.

While competitors evolve their business models, recruiting strategies, and client engagement practices, continues to be reluctant to challenge long-standing processes and assumptions.
The impact of this resistance to change is becoming increasingly visible in the market. Clients and candidates have more options than ever before, and perceptions of the organization are being shaped by experiences that no longer align with current expectations. Without a willingness to listen to feedback and embrace new approaches, there is a real risk of causing lasting damage to the company's reputation, employee retention, and long-term competitiveness.
