Clearly-defined, uncapped compensation plan. Competitive health benefits Matching 401k Supportive team members Great customer loyalty Proven sales methodology This company breeds success. If you like structure, this is the place for you. The business model is clearly documented. Customers like doing business with RHT. If you work hard, you will have success. The job gets easier as you familiarize yourself with the business model. You're surrounded by the best and brightest of your industry which makes you bring your A-game, everyday. If you do well here, you will get promoted and will take on more responsibility.

Cons

If you don't like structure, this place is not for you. It's not an easy job, but if you can make it, financial rewards and leadership opportunities await. If you like to be able to shut your office door and gaze at the view outside your window for hours, this is not the job for you. We have a bullpen environment.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
