Pros

Great training Beautiful Office Location

Cons

Nobody cares about you. You are a username on a weekly scorecard. Less than average benefits. Expenses take over a month to pay back which means you are left to pay additional interest on bills and credit cards. Time off/Sick Days are great in theory but employees are threatened and made to feel very guilty for using time. Not a creative environment. Not a single splash of colour. This is a call centre. You are expected to be on the phone all day. Branch Manager is the only reason why staff does not stick around. EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
