Pros

Experience at many different types of companies, take on a project, complete it, and move on. Not bored anylonger.

Cons

Every office rules are different. Personnel not terminated by now, have been around awhile, and lack the energy I was used to, they are lazy. No positive feedback. The sales reps send me out on an engagement, and do not have a clue what the clients needs are. They have not scoped out the project properly. As I was told, the reps just want a body at the client and the SPS team wants to go in prepared, which does not co-exist. No follow-up thru the engagement, and they do not listen to the consultants, when we reach out to the sales team, to interface with the client for mutual good.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
