Pros

Good location for the office

Cons

Lead by dishonest people. Lacking in values of integrity. My boss would say different things to different people so fit his agenda and lie constantly, showing his lack of a backbone. Bully culture is rife. On AT a - very KPI driven, not appropriate measuring everything, eg calls - people respond to emails and other more modern approaches. Lack of diversity in the structure. Lads club. Inflexible approach, people want to work week to week and not be in the office for 'Forced fun' No career path, lacking ideas for people who don't want to be corporate drones (Management) Pay and bonus are both under market rate by at least 15-20% over the course of a year, due to corporate overheads and management away days. Such a corporate company, unable to choose a UK charity to support, "Above my pay grade sorry, we need to be led by the Americans" I've never seen so many good tenured people leave, turnover is off the scale. Disappointing the company didn't repay the COVID Furlough money despite record years since.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
