Horrible management system. ZERO integrity Allows the employees that are making the most money, to do whatever they want and speak however they want to other coworkers. Very cliquey! Always micromanaged and talked down to. Not a warm welcoming environment at all! There is no such thing as a team, EVERYEONE works against each other. 98%of employees there are money hungry and will do anything to get above the person next to them, on their team, and or any other team in Robert Half. Not the kind of place you want to work, extraordinary amount of stress and tension. Upper management doesn't do anything about issues. All they care about is money. No loyalty to the people that are working for them. If you don't believe me, look up how JUST how much turnover they have and also speak to someone who actually worked there. All their stories will be the same.
