Pros

Until all the good tenured people left it was the people

Cons

Culture. With a tougher market the game plan is KPIs and constant meetings multiple times a day about activity. No creativity. Poor pay. Salaries are below market rate as is the bonus scheme. Makes it very hard to get in to bonus. Lack of strategy. Discussing targets is not strategic. Constant buzz words/phrases. Everyone cringes at the sayings. The boss milks attention and abuses his position especially with female staff.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
