Pros

Pay and benefits were average based on the industry, and there is always a chance to succeed when management gives you the tools and the time. Cash strong, and debt free company.

Cons

There is something about working for a company that can micro-micro manage you and your job. They are very slow to initiiate process improvement steps when needed and are slow to improve on technology in the office especially when they boast they have all this cash and very little debt. The turnover at this company is fairly quick, especially in the branch offices, so dont get comfortable, they are a poorly managed firm from the top down.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
