Hi, and thanks for leaving a review - although I'm obviously really disappointed to hear your feedback, and that you had a bad experience of working for us in Singapore. I honestly disagree with your view that nothing will ever change – I’ve tried to build a business that is a great place to work and make sure that we do all we can to be open and honest. Clearly there are issues that mean our people are not enjoying their work, or feel that opportunity is restricted. I for one really want to know about it. We can only fix a problem we know about, so I would really like to hear from you to find out what the issue is, and then work out how we can move forward.
