Hi - thanks for your positive and constructive feedback.
As always, it's really encouraging to hear that you enjoy the working atmosphere and team spirit we've built here, and also that you feel the management are open and approachable. We take great pride in being as open and as honest as we can be, so that's really good to hear.
With regard to the working hours, you may have seen some similar comments in earlier reviews, and I'll repeat my response to them, which is that probably my top priority since joining the business has been to explore 'smart working', which will allow more flexibility with working hours. It's a work in progress, so please bear with me.
I'm not sure what you mean about the cultural elements you mention, nor the fee earners comment - would you be willing to email me confidentially to tell me a little more about what you mean? I'm always willing to listen. And as for the detail in our business-wide updates - I'll feed that back to our Senior Management Team. We always want to shoutout teams and individuals who've done amazing work, but perhaps we overdo that occasionally. The intention comes from a good place and, as you say, we're a young company (but growing quickly) and we're used to being able to highlight lots of individual successes. We'll look at how we can be more strategic without losing that human touch. We still want to be a business that's big enough to count but small enough to care!
