Pros

As a Workforce Consultant (WFC), there are opportunities for experiencing different clients and sharing best practice and trends amongst consultants.

Cons

Job insecurity - Workforce Consultants (WFC) employees are terminated when client stops the project/programme at short notice and there's low demand with other clients, i.e. not permanent employment as it is totally dependent upon client approval of consultants and continued availability of project/programme work/assignments.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I’m glad to read that you enjoyed the variety in the role and the collaborative workplace culture. Teamwork and a focus on excellence in service delivery are core to the way do business. Workforce Consultancy is designed to offer a high level of flexibility for both our clients and the consultants working for them, we run a structured re-deployment process with bench time in-between assignments. Across our broad portfolio of clients, we always strive to find a range of opportunities for consultants to move into. That being said, we are always open to feedback and, if you’d like, you can reach out to me on jessica.holt@robertwalters.com we can arrange a confidential call to discuss your feedback. Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
