The culture is actually by far the worst I've ever experienced in any other work place.
- Bullying & Harassment that is enabled and never addressed. Even when someone come forward it is pushed under the rug.
- During my tenure at Robert Walters, multiple people have had an experience with some form of sexual harassment, but people are too scared to come forward because when people do, it is spun around to make them look like the issue. (How is this still happening in 2024?!)
- Leadership is incapable of setting an expectation around professional behaviours in the work place
- Some senior leadership are the bullies! Gossiping about people behind their backs, lighting fires and watching people be miserable while they just keep pushing and pushing. This sets the example for other staff to follow this behaviour, and it is not a surprise that they do!
When feedback is given around what changes staff want to see, it is never listened to, or any changes implemented that could benefit wellbeing of the workers. (How is it a surprise that everyone is leaving after this?)
I have so much I would love to say, but my honest recommendation if you want to try recruitment is to go elsewhere.
