- top management still very new to managing; very proud and sensitive egos, sometimes micro-managing and unclear about company direction, prioritisation, or commitment to projects - high pressure; often tight deadlines with high expectation standards and many sudden tasks or changes - lack of appreciation for contribution, emphasis on mistakes/room for improvement - lack of communication between divisions
