The only problem of the company is both founders. They micro manage a lot. They don't easily trust people you need to work really hard to earn it. They often manage people by fear, threatening people with warning letter. They don't really open for constructive discussion, although they always challenge the team to participate in the discussion, but the gesture is not showing that they can be challenged in a sense making manner. Worst mental health, super poor employee engagement survey. The only leadership training is "how to work with Ruangguru Founders" :p Everything is centralized on both founders. Don't be deceived by the company values statement. It sounds amazing but none of the founder really live with it.
