Pros
I learnt English, I met the best people Im still in touch with. As a personal experience, and for learning lots in short amount of time, it is the right company to kick start your career. After i you will get lots of great job offers . Saalry is OK only if you fly a lot BUT recently ESPECIALLY ALL WINTER, they force you to take UNPAID LEAVE. I had good experience time.
Cons
NO PAY IN WINTER or very low pay. No basic salary, as most of us were contracted by AGENCIES. So we were NOT ryanair employees. Unpaid leave in winter 1-2 months.. Fly schedule is UNFLEXIBLE. They threaten people after 6 months onwards that if they dont sale more on board they get fired, and randomly they fire people with any excuse. IF AS CABIN CREW you are sick (3-5 days in a row) they invite you to a meeting (so that you are warned that nxt sick you are out).... they did this even to people who worked there for 5 years, and never got sick.. Then, they had ear ache (as crew you CANNOT fly , it is forbidden by law and by doctors) WELL YOU gt threaten every day . They do treat people with disrespect if they can.
