Pros

They have a great roster, 5 on and 3 off. They have many bases everywhere, not that you get to choose because your first base is randomly allocated despite your nationality or mother tongue or even preference, you could ask for a transfer, however it's all about your sales performance on-board and how many days you called sick throughout the year. They have a great staff travel, but that's only for people who actually have a ryanair contract, which is the minority in the company, I'd say 80 per cent of us are not directly hired with Ryan contacts but with outsourcing companies.

Cons

I paid a ridiculous amount of money just to get into the company after passing interviews and the whole course : 3000€ for the course itself, 360 €for my uniform, 500€ joining fee and of course my accommodation during the course period as well. The company won't give you anything, no support, no motivation, you're just a number. If you're not reaching your sales target of the day they will find a way to ashame you for that and put pressure on you. Don't you even try to call sick, they will create a thousand excuses not to accept your certificates and you won't get paid as a result. Crew control is impolite and they will be sending you a lot of emails and text messages all the time to get you to work before your stand-by starts.

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
