Small company, easy to know everyone. Small family friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Managers' emails and one-on-one meetings always have the phrase: ".....or subject to immediate termination". Supervisors and managers who don't have the experience became supervisors and managers because of favoritism. You will see A LOT of these kinds here...uneducated, inexperienced and you wonder...how did they get there? Also, lots of promotion - if you are related to the hiring managers or the recruiters. Ask the recruiters how many close friends and relatives were hired in place of many more qualified Not hired.
