Pros

Working inside the wireless industry with a company that supports my daily efforts to improve myself. SBA does not hold me back, always wanting me to do more to have success in my personal and work life.

Cons

SBA is a huge company. It has grown a lot in the past 10 plus years and some of the personal touch has lost its luster.

Pros

stock options and benefit plan

Cons

Leadership consistently failed to prioritize employee well-being, while mid-level managers engaged in abusive behavior and violated HR policies and ethical standards. Rather than addressing these leadership and management issues by directly confronting and correcting the leadership involved, the company appeared more focused on protecting ineffective leadership and minimizing internal accountability. Human Resources often functioned as a mechanism to monitor and gather information on dissatisfied employees instead of serving as a supportive resource to help employees navigate widespread mismanagement, workplace concerns, and leadership abuse.
