4yThank you so much for leaving this review – we see that you have been with the company for over 10 years, and we love hearing from both current and former team members on their experience at SBA.
We are very much a people-focused, collaborative culture, but as we like to be responsive our team members, we implemented a flexible remote work policy that allows teams members to request remote work as they need it instead of a “fixed schedule.” This policy also allows team members to take as much as two weeks remote at one time instead of fixed days every week. We feel this provides our team members a great benefit while maintaining our culture
