We are glad you enjoyed the camaraderie in the office. We are consistently working with our managers/employees to ensure we provide a professional and inclusive work environment in our offices. We have a number of initiatives in place to allow our employees a formal route for feedback including engagement surveys and our leaver feedback project. We welcome feedback from our staff to allow us to tackle concerns professionally. Building a positive working culture is important to us. We have the benefit of an experienced management team across the organisation – but there’s always room for improvement. We need to ensure that our managers are consistent in their approach, build strong, collaborative working relationships and support our culture.
