Management can be annoying Change in policies often Get very picky with what can and cant be done Treated as lower Above and beyond work is not always recognized Secret Shopper is a very large inconvienence to everyone. This in my opinion, hurts more than helps Sometimes its learn things yourself with little direction. Even if you do more work then employees, all you may get if lucky is a good job. Rarely anything special.
