Pros
Great co-workers and fun environment. Great money. Guaranteed hours for management. Lots of bonus potential
Cons
Stressful at times. Constantly changing schedule. Never enough help. Upper management has unrealistic labor demands. Too much overtime and constant turnover. Sales ultimately determine if you're good at your job or not. Doesn't matter if there is a blizzard, or lots of theft. At the end of day, the expect you to somehow do more sales
