Pros
Some coworkers are kind, willing to help train you and helpful. Some customers you'll build a relationship with.
Cons
Store and district management is unreasonable focused on their quarterly bonuses. Service to customers is severely lacking due to mgmt/staffing decisions. Older staff can be quite rude. Those employees who would do the job well, often are not trained or chosen for prootions. Absolutely NO work/life balance
