One word. Management. It's nearly impossible to communicate with them. The pressure that corporate puts on management is so intense that it trickles down to how store management treats their employees. Unrealistic expectations, rarely any praise for doing a good job, but very quick to point out flaws in work performance. If you can cut it, the benefits are good and the coworkers are usually fun, but good luck with management
