I was openly harassed at work by a manager and not only did anyone do anything but after I started talking others found out he had previously harassed a high school coworker online, dated another coworker in secret and sexually harassed one of his direct reports before that. I had overlapped with the coworker he dated in secret (because they worked in the department under him!) and never noticed they were dating because he would YELL at them full volume on the floor in front of customers and at one point smacked their hand instead of giving them verbal instructions. So naturally we all assumed they hated each other! Cannot believe that even that treatment was tolerated by management. Any time he was interested in someone he would start fawning over them and get really pushy about getting your phone number but no one ever did anything even if he acted that way in front of department leads.
