      Pros

      Decent pay (if you do not have an education) Paid vacations and holidays. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      No room to grow within the company. Horrible management. Lack of care and concern for employees. Open door policy is not true. Favoritism. Do not allow overtime in office position. No accountability. Does not hear employee concerns out. Will not help you move into other departments to expand your career. Bad work environment.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
