Benefits are great and cafe food is a hit or miss on some days.
Cons
Hard to move up due to the bureaucracy and favoritism. Management doesn’t communicate well with each other making it hard for everyone to be on the same page. Pay hasn’t matched inflation and not competitive with the market.
