Pros

Excellent canteen (£2 for 3 course meal, Western or Korean) Location (surrounded by quiet parkland). ALSO A CON Office environment and equipment. Open floors, hot desks when required, all equipment you would expect. Very relaxed working environment and hours. Other reviews say there is a lot of extra hours required but I don't see it. It depends on your definition of " lots". Working a few extra hours once or twice a month is not lots and nothing compared to other Central London based companies where nearly everyone is expected to work late every night. Overall impression is that most people work 9-5 (or 8-4). If you are the type of person who wants to work somewhere where you can change and improve things this is a great place to get things done if you are willing to take the responsibility.

Cons

Location. Set in the outskirts of Chertsey you will need to drive or be happy for a potentially long commute. Company runs a shuttle bus to Weybridge with the last one leaving at 18:10 which means you have to leave the office at that time (also a pro!) otherwise you are stuck in the middle of nowhere. Complete lack of staff post-work socialising. Teams have regular orgainsed nights out but the location prevents any concept of "going for a pint" after work because most people drive home and the nearest pub is miles away. Politics. Other reviews also refer to this. I also have a different opinion on this to the other reviews. The politics that exist take the form of local British employees and managers working against each other and attempting to find ways to circumvent the Korean expats and senior leadership. I don't understand why this happens. If the senior leadership tell you to do something just go and do it. Don't waste your time causing problems. Fortunately those who do work on the basis of British vs Korean are not particularly adept at it and the politics that do exist can only be described as amateur. Some systems are outdated and complex and are difficult to change as they are centrally controlled across all countries by Korean headquarters. My advice is just live with it.
