Pros
The office looks okay but management have crapped everyone onto 2 floors, leaving the other 2 floors empty. This is painful as the bathroom always smells, fridges always smells with too many lunches cramped in, and there is always a long line at the kitchen, even for bare basics like water as there is only 2 water taps on each floor
Cons
-toxic environment, no one is happy here. Or they start happy and over time they become miserable -all good talent leave once they realise how process-driven everything is and nothing else matters but following Korean processes -bullying -no career progression -you spend 90% of your time doing admin instead of your real job, leaving no time for your real job -bullying management -top-down HQ control -approval path (3 managers minimum needing to sign and approve) needed for everything, even for a notepad and envelopes!! -systems are horrible -laptops and computers are so outdated that they do not work. That is because all the desktops and laptops are 9 years old minimum and need to be thrown out. They use old refurbished parts that are falling apart -approval path is needed for IT Help (that means 3 managers minimum needing to sign and approve before IT can help you with your computer) -procurement will try and fault you even if you do nothing wrong! -management does not care about you, they don't even pretend they do -even if this is a means to an end, everyone looks miserable to be here and are always complaining -high turnover and restructures every 6 months -do not bother, get out while you can.
