Business outlook
Pros
You'll meet very nice people that are super helpful, the workforce is generally very hard-working, the comp package is great, and you'll experience an entirely non-Western work culture. It's a truly fascinating company to work for, both good and bad. You could write a hundred b-school case studies (if you dared).
Cons
Your ability to do stuff is completely dependent upon your direct boss, you'll quickly learn why Korea gets the reputation for longest working weeks, and politics are more important than accomplishments. Also, if you are more junior, expect to be treated as such: your opinions don't matter. Life is not fun for a foreigner, but it is much, much worse for a Korean.
