Pros
Lots of responsibility on offer; if you wanna do something, change something - go ahead. You can really impress and get noticed no matter what grade you're at. There also seems to be genuine care and a focus on people here - I guess from the Asian culture. The average employee is also real helpful too. In my previous company everyone had there own silo with a "good luck with that" attitude to others' problems. Here, colleagues will turn on a dime to give you their time and help you out - this is great, especially when you join. Overall the whole package is really good.
Cons
Not really a bad thing, but this isn't a place for people who like a steady, predictable day-to-day existance. At first you'll find the customer focus is intense - if it's for the customer - wow, we're here late into the night and it's pizza time. If you're someone who can only exist in the architypal western culture company, you wont like it here. Sometimes difficult to follow the corporate structure and changes that happen "way up there", but not a biggie. Finally, Kimchi in the employee resturant is an aquired taste, especially the green version :-)
