Not much except the fact that you gain the experience of working in a big company.
Cons
- Absolutely no work life balance. Be prepared to work late nights everyday and during weekends. - Many many many KPIs. - Lack of improvement in work culture and processes. HR team had been collecting feedback for years with no meaningful improvement in the matters/concerns voiced out by employees. - Poor career progression and employee welfare. - Advice to ask around and do more research before joining the company.
