      The majority of the employees are hard working and dedicated. The work environment and manageable because of the employees.

      Cons

      High stress work environment with little to no recognition from above. Constantly moving from one big problem to the next, never getting a break.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
