      Employees are asked, no required, to do more with less. Respect is a one-way street. Employees must show respect toward senior leadership, but there is no reciprocity.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
