      Pros

      Matrixed environment and generally very competent and good people to work with. Company is diversified offering some opportunity to move around but most people end up stayin in one spot. Turnover had been pretty low. Will hire back former employees- not the short sighted at large pharma- "once you leave don't come back".

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
