      Strong name within the medical community, strong products promoted, constant training, great health insurance, leadership options, work with people of all skills

      Cons

      most products are now generic, weak pipeline, communication from Executive to field management level is slow if at all accurate, initiatives that do not increase business

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
