The benefits, sick time, vacation time, bonus structure, culture, values, pay grade, hours and supervisors are all great.
Cons
If you are injured, sick, be carried out on a stretcher in an ambulance, involved in a car accident and comatose, incarcerated, or anything that does not allow you to personally call them and voluntarily terminate your employment with them, you will be terminated with no chance of being rehired.
