Fun getting to know customers and building rappor with them.
Cons
A lot of promises made to staff about promotions which lead to nothing just to make staff generate more sales. Management move around too much organised by the regional directors which unsettles a team and always has a negative impact on team morale. Cashiers work relentlessly with no real reward and their breaks are monitored to the minute as if they are children at school. It does not feel like you work with professional adults. They make you work 3 Saturday's out of 4.
