Pros
- Good office - Competitive salary - Life-work balance - Good team-buildings - They very welcome diversity
Cons
- Documentation in Spanish - Lots of meetings 50-80% in Spanish and you have to "remind" your colleagues switch to English - On the interview was discussed completely different technologies and expectations that was in the actual project. The tasks was also very different, technical specialists don't welcome initiatives from the new employers and prefer "their old approaches". In fact looks like on the interview they provide just wrong information. - No feedbacks from management and no communication at all probably also because of "English" - Spanish colleagues can just ignore your questions - Managers on the meeting joking that they will not explain information about the project because they don't want show their level of English - Very bad laptops for developers, I had several colleagues that had problems with equipment several times for the period of work in the company
