Pros
Great co workers, loved working from home. Company pays well and fun national sales meetings. They had pretty good benefits too.
Cons
My manager was a micromanager. She was always monitoring me closely and always checking in with me even though I was one of the top performers. She hires a lot of her friends or relatives but she even fired one of her relatives. There are currently two managers over the team now. You want the him,not the her.
