Even though I have a questionable background - I had a rap sheet when I was a teenager, the bank was very supportive and my managers let me stay and work anyway. What an awesome place! If you're worried about not getting hired because you have a record, have ppr credit, this is the place to be. I'm just very thankful. Too good to be true? Promotion and performance process systematically restricts your growth - managers will submit you a 4 rating if they want to give you a 3 because it always gets knocked down by the "committee".
