Pros

company vehicle work from home

Cons

unorganized micromanaging environment low pay makes all kinds of promises and never delivers on said promises. they also hire through a temp agency for first three months of probation and will not let you take off even one day for emergencies and then after you get your three months in with the temp agency and go as a full time employee they put you on another 3 months of probation and will not let you miss one day so 6 months without ever being able to take even if you get sick they don't care. and they wonder why they have such a high turnover rate. also most off the employee's are some off the dumbest people you will ever work with so just be warned don't work there.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
