Pros
Easy pitch. Good products and competitive prices.
Cons
Low hourly pay, no training provided, bad delivery service. The store had a great location, but management refused to advertise. I don't know of a major appliance seller that doesn't put a weekly circular out. They were horribly understaffed, so sales associated ended up handling receiving and management responsibilities without any increase in pay. There was also an extremely disappointing amount of customers for a major retail store with the brand recognition of Sears.
