Dedicated and under paid hourly assocites that have to deal with a chicken little style of management- " The sky is falling-everyone run over here and fix this corner before corporate sees how bad we are!". They do a whole lot of backside saving with no rewards.
Cons
Clueless in house cookie cutter management that live in an alternate reality. They show an obvious and insulting disdain for the people busting their chops to make them look good in case the sky actually falls and a suit shows up to strut and point out the next piece of sky to fall.Oh, and you're over payroll. Oh yeah, and you're getting 2 more trucks from the DC a week now. Make it happen. (Here Store Mgr. wags their tail, spins in two circles, barks a couple of go-get em lines and waits for their scratch behind the ears).
