Big business bureaucracy, and out of touch management - Customer Support Sharp Corporation Employee Review

Constant revolving door management (both local and senior). No career progression and sub-par salaries for customer facing staff. No communication to staff. EXCESSIVE micro-management. 'Duties as required' means you absorb roles of any staff who leave. Short sighted, seemly no long term goals... well, nothing past the end of each billing month anyway. Oh, Did I mention the very sub-standard level of pay?
